What is the return policy?
For domestic orders, please email us at [email protected], DM us via Facebook, or contact us via LINE, and we will be happy to assist you.
For international orders, unfortunately we currently do not have a return policy. All sales are final.
Is there a shop/showroom where we can view the products?
We have a showroom at our office in Nonthaburi. Please contact us to arrange a time where you can swing by to view our products.

The products that are readily available are displayed on our website: Horetica.com; however if you are interested in B2B/wholesale/OEM, we can start a dialogue.
How can I change or cancel my order?

What shipping options are available?
For domestic shipping, we use Kerry.
For international shipping, we use DHL.
If you would like expedited shipping, please DM us through Facebook or message us via LINE and we can work something out.
I am a catering/hotel business. Can I get assistance for large orders, customizable items with my company logo, or inquire regarding wholesale orders?

A product I am interested in is sold out on the website. How can I stay informed on when it will be restocked?
Please leave your email/phone number/line ID with us, and we will be happy to notify you when it is back in stock. We are also happy to assist with guiding you to a product of similar style that you may be interested in. I would like to purchase a gift card.
