Couriers
- Delivery within Thailand is fulfilled through Kerry Express. International delivery is fulfilled through DHL.
Delivery Times
- Delivery cycle is Monday through Friday.
- For domestic payments through bank transfer:The cut-off time for payment evidence is 15:00 daily.
Package Tracking
- Packages can be tracked via tracking number.
- For domestic payments through bank transfer:
- Once payment evidence is received, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your order's tracking number, which can be used to track the progress of your package.
- For all other methods of payment:
- A Shipping Confirmation email with your order's tracking number will be sent out as soon as your package has been shipped.
